Admission procedures for EU citizens

EU citizens who are interested in attending a BA, MA, MBA or Doctoral study program at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies follow the same admission procedures as Romanian candidates, as follows:

Admission to Bachelor's programs

  • 1st intake: July 9-16, 2026, language proficiency test: July 20, 2026, final results: July 30, 2026;
  • 2nd intake: August 28-September 1, 2026, language proficiency test: September 3, 2026, final results: September 10, 2026.

Admission to Master's programs

  • 1st intake: July 16-20, 2026, language proficiency test: July 22, 2026, specialty test/ interview test: July 23, 2026, final results: July 29, 2026;

Admission to MBA programs

I. The Romanian-Canadian MBA program (taught in English)

The program is co-organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School and Ecole des Sciences de la Gestion from Universite du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM), Canada.
Admission takes place as follows:
REGISTRATION by email to roca@bbs.ase.ro. Submission of application files: February 1 - September 25, 2026.
Admission steps: evaluation of the application file, interview in English.
Graduates from The Romanian-Canadian MBA are awarded a Canadian MBA degree and a Romanian Master's degree.

II. The Romanian-French INDE MBA program (taught in English)

The program is co-organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts - CNAM Paris.
Admission takes place as follows:

Admission steps: evaluation of the application file, interview in English.
Graduates from The Romanian-French INDE MBA program are awarded a French MBA degree by CNAM Paris and a Romanian Master's degree by ASE.

III. "MBA in Energy" (in English)

The program is organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School.
Admission takes place as follows:
