1st semester:

• Exam session: January 22, 2024 - February 11, 2024
• Inter-semestrial holiday: February 12, 2024 - February 18, 2024

2nd semester:

• February 19, 2024 - July 7, 2024
• Spring holiday: April 29, 2024 - May 2, 2024
• Exam session: June 3, 2024 - June 22, 2024
• Re-examination session: July 1, 2024 - July 7, 2024
• Summer holiday: July 8, 2024 - September, 2024

University-observed holidays:

• Saint Andrew's Day - November 30, 2023
• National Day - December 1, 2023
• Little Union Day - January 24, 2024
• International Labor Day - May 1, 2024
• Good Friday - May 3, 2024
• Second and Third Days of Easter - May 6-7, 2024
• International Childre's Day - June 1, 2024
• Pentecost - June 24, 2024

Graduation exams

• Bachelor's studies - the graduation exam takes place at the beginning of July every year. For the academic year 2023-2024, students take the exam to obtain their Bachelor's degree between July 15-17, 2024.
• Master's studies - the graduation exam (defending a Master's thesis) takes place in June- July, every year. For the academic year 2023-2024, the exam is scheduled to take place between July 3-5, 2024.

Admission calendar

• EU citizens follow the same admission procedures as Romanian candidates; the entrance examination takes places in the second half of July every year for all the three cycles of studies (Bachelor's studies, Master's studies, Doctoral studies)
• Non-EU citizens follow special admission procedures which start in April each year. For details, please contact international@ase.ro.
