2nd semester:

• February 16, 2026 - July 4, 2026
• Spring holiday: April 6 - 10, 2026
• Exam session: June 1 - 20, 2026
• Re-examination session: June 29 - July 4, 2026
• Summer holiday: July 6 - September 25, 2026

University-observed holidays:

• Saint Andrew's Day - November 30, 2025
• National Day - December 1, 2025
• Epiphany - January 6, 2026
• Synaxis of Saint Prophet John the Baptist – January 7, 2026
• Little Union Day - January 24, 2026
• Good Friday - April 10, 2026
• Second and Third Days of Easter - April 13-14, 2026
• International Labor Day - May 1, 2026

Graduation exams

• Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for foreign citizens - the graduation exam takes place at the in June- July, every year. For the academic year 2025-2026, students take the graduation exam on June 25-26, 2026.
• Bachelor's studies - the graduation exam takes place at the beginning of July every year. For the academic year 2025-2026, students take the exam to obtain their Bachelor's degree between July 8-10, 2026.
• Master's studies - the graduation exam (defending a Master's thesis) takes place in June- July, every year. For the academic year 2025-2026, the exam is scheduled to take place between June 24-26, 2026.

Admission calendar

• EU citizens follow the same admission procedures as Romanian candidates; the entrance examination takes places in July every year for all the three cycles of studies (Bachelor's studies, Master's studies, Doctoral studies)
• Non-EU citizens follow special admission procedures which start in April each year. For details, please contact international@ase.ro.
