1st semester:

• Winter holiday: December 21, 2026 - January 10, 2027
• Exam session: January 25, 2027 - February 13, 2027
• Inter-semestrial holiday: February 15-21, 2027

2nd semester:

• February 22, 2027 - July 10, 2027
• Spring holiday: April 26 - 30, 2027
• Exam session: June 7 - 26, 2027
• Re-examination session: July 5 - 10, 2027
• Summer holiday: July 12 - September 24, 2027

• National Day - December 1, 2026
• Epiphany - January 6, 2027

Graduation exams

• Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for foreign citizens - the graduation exam takes place in June- July, every year. For the 2026-2027 academic year, students take the graduation exam on July 1-2, 2027.
• Bachelor's studies - the graduation exam takes place at the beginning of July every year. For the 2026-2027 academic year, students take the exam to obtain their Bachelor's degree between July 14-16, 2027.
• Master's studies - the graduation exam (defending a Master's thesis) takes place in June - July, every year. For the 2026-2027 academic year, the exam is scheduled to take place between June 30 - July 2, 2027.

Admission calendar

• EU citizens follow the same admission procedures as Romanian candidates; the entrance examination takes place in July every year for all the three cycles of studies (Bachelor's studies, Master's studies, Doctoral studies).
• Non-EU citizens follow special admission procedures which start in April each year. For details, please contact international@ase.ro.
