1st semester:

• Inter-semestrial holiday: February 17, 2025 - February 23, 2025

2nd semester:

• February 24, 2025 - July 13, 2025
• Spring holiday: April 14, 2025 - April 17, 2025
• Exam session: June 9, 2025 - June 28, 2025
• Re-examination session: July 7, 2025 - July 12, 2025
• Summer holiday: July 14, 2025 - September 28, 2025

University-observed holidays:

• Saint Andrew's Day - November 30, 2024
• National Day - December 1, 2024
• Little Union Day - January 24, 2025
• International Labor Day - May 1, 2025
• Good Friday - April 18, 2025
• Second and Third Days of Easter - April 21-22, 2025
• International Children's Day - June 1, 2025
• Pentecost - June 9, 2025

Graduation exams

• Bachelor's studies - the graduation exam takes place at the beginning of July every year. For the academic year 2024-2025, students take the exam to obtain their Bachelor's degree between July 21-23, 2025.
• Master's studies - the graduation exam (defending a Master's thesis) takes place in June- July, every year. For the academic year 2024-2025, the exam is scheduled to take place between July 9-11, 2025.

Admission calendar

• EU citizens follow the same admission procedures as Romanian candidates; the entrance examination takes places in July every year for all the three cycles of studies (Bachelor's studies, Master's studies, Doctoral studies)
• Non-EU citizens follow special admission procedures which start in April each year. For details, please contact international@ase.ro.
