ASE's "I.Gh. Rosca" Training Center Complex in Predeal was established in November 2017. The facility serves as a Conference Center, as it has a number of amphitheaters, lecture halls, workshop rooms, equipped with video projector, laptop, screen, wifi and sound systems. Over time, numerous academic, scientific and networking events have been hosted by the Center.

Moreover, the Center also provides accommodation for its guests in 18 twin rooms, 14 double rooms, 4 apartments, one room for people with reduced mobility. As regards dining facilities, the Center has two restaurant lounges and a dining area.
