Admission procedures for Non-EU citizens

Non-EU citizens who are interested in attending a BA, MA, MBA or Doctoral study program at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies follow special admission procedures, as follows:

Admission to Bachelor's programs

Schedule for admission:

Non-EU Citizens: receipt of application files April 1 - August 30, 2024, student registration: September 9-30, 2024 (registration will be complete after the receipt of the original documents and the completion of a language test, when applicable, according to the law and regulations in force).

Admission to Master's programs

Schedule for admission:

Non-EU Citizens: receipt of application files: April 1 - August 30, 2024, student registration: September 9 - 30, 2024 (registration will be complete after the receipt of the original documents and the completion of a language test, when applicable, according to the law and regulations in force).

Admission to MBA programs

I. The Romanian-Canadian MBA program (taught in English)

The program is co-organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School and Ecole des Sciences de la Gestion from Universite du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM), Canada.

Admission takes place as follows:

REGISTRATION  by email to office@canadian-mba.ro. Submission of application files: February 1 - September 28, 2024.

Admission steps: evaluation of the application file, interview.

Graduates from The Romanian-Canadian MBA are awarded a Canadian MBA degree and a Romanian Master's degree.

II. The Romanian-French INDE MBA program (taught in English)

The program is co-organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts - CNAM Paris.

Admission takes place as follows:

REGISTRATION  by e-mail to inde@ase.ro. Submission of application files: February 1 - September 28, 2024.

Admission steps: evaluation of the application file, interview in English.

Graduates from The Romanian-French INDE MBA program are awarded a French MBA degree by CNAM Paris and a Romanian Master's degree by ASE.

III. "MBA in Energy" (in English)

The program is co-organized by ASE's Bucharest Business School.

Admission takes place as follows:

REGISTRATION by e-mail to office@bbs.ase.ro. Submission of application files: February 1 - September 28, 2024.

Admission steps: evaluation of the application file, interview in English.

Graduates from MBA in Energy program are awarded a Romanian Master's degree by ASE.

November Admission Schedule

  • November 5-6, 2024; language proficiency test: November 8, 2024; exam: November 12, 2024; final results: September 18, 2024.
